Can I return my Squishface Products?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Due to GMP hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I make an exchange?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

How do I get my refund?

Once we receive your return package and it's inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it is eligible for a refund.
