USPS Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our store.

1. Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

3. Tracking
Track your package at USPS.com using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, contact your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered.

Damaged: Keep all packaging and contact us within [3] days to file a claim.

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
